What happens in a System Design coaching session?

You pick a topic inside System Design — or let the coach suggest the next one — and it explains the idea, then asks you to apply it. When an answer is incomplete the coach follows up on the missing part instead of moving on, and the session ends with a record of what was covered.

Is System Design coaching the same as a mock interview?

No. Coaching explains the topic and adapts to your answers; a mock interview measures what you can already do and reports on it afterwards. Both use the same catalogue, so a topic you learn here is a topic you can then be interviewed on.

Coding topics open an editor in the browser and run submissions against real test cases in 6 languages, so the coach responds to what your solution does.
